The Taleo Performance Management team is extremely excited to bring Native Reporting to our customers, allowing you to create detailed reports and rich data visualizations against real-time data within Taleo Performance Management. Native Reporting is available in 13C and further enhanced in 14A (please see release notes).  We hope you, your HR business partners, end users and managers will be able to get the data you need to drive talent and business decisions more effectively.

Oracle BI Publisher is embedded within Native Reporting and leverages an MS Word Plugin that must be installed if you wish to build custom reports (note, you do not need to install the plugin to run standard reports). While the MS Word Plugin tool has very robust capabilities, we understand navigating and understanding the complexities around the plugin are challenging.  In order to help our customers unlock the full potential of Native Reporting, we are establishing a community forum to address report template configuration, Taleo Performance specific data and questions around Native Reporting and the MS Word Plugin.  This community
