How do we avoid sending correspondence to a matched candidate?
Content
We regularly have to match candidates to a requisition other than the one they applied for. This often happens in our sales requisitions. Since they have already applied, we do not want them to receive the initial, automatic correspondence that includes a link to take an assessment.
We are trying to determine if there is a way to avoid sending correspondence to matched candidates. Does anyone know of a way to move candidates to a different step in status on a requisition when matching a candidate?
