Help Needed with Performance Review Rating Summary and Status

I created a probationary review and can't figure out why The "Performance Review Rating Summary" is blank.  Also, the review status in Taleo in any lists is showing "Final" but in the actual PDF of the review it is showing "e-signature Pending".
