EU Data Privacy laws & Taleo database ?

I'm very curious to learn if any of you have had to make changes to the way you use your recruiting databases, and the candidate data you are storing, based on EU Safe Harbor and Data Privacy regulations? If so, how have you been able to use or modify Taleo to become compliant with those regulations?  I'm curious to learn more about how other Taleo users, with EU employees, are approaching this issue.
