How to restrict SSN and DOB field from being visible to recruiter?

I would like to restrict SSN and DOB field from being visible to Recruiters, so that when they send a candidate to HM for review those fields do not carry forward to HM in PDF formate. We are using 13B version, and need to know if there is a way to restrict SSN and DOB field from being visible to recruiters. any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
