How to know if referral was hired in any role?

Hi Everyone,

I am tracking candidate referrals and want to know whether the referred candidate was hired for any role. If I use # Candidates Currently Hired, will it return 1 if the candidate was hired for any role, or only if the candidate was hired for this particular requisition (the requisition for which he/she was referred)? Similarly, will it work for referrals that are not associated with a specific requisition?
