Emails to Users Going to Personal Accounts

Here's the situation.  Bob is an Employee, Manager and User in Taleo.  When Bob was first hired, emails were sent to his personal email address directing him to the EWS to complete his onboarding.  But now Bob is set up as User as he manages a team of 5.  In Bob's user profile, Bob's email address is listed as his work one. 

Problem:  When Bob receives Taleo Perform system emails, directed to him as a Manager, the emails are going to his personal email account.  Is there any way to direct these to his work email address, the one listed in his user profile?
