Applicant Receiving "System Error Has Occurred"

We have had a few applicants who are trying to Save and Continue their application online however the site will log them out while populating the fields. Once they click "Save and Continue" the Log In page appears. They log into the site only to receive a "System Error Has Occurred" message.

Anyone else experiencing this and if so, is there a fix?
