Multiple Rows

I'm creating a pretty basic report consisting of the following columns:

Req. Template Job Code

Req. Template Title (ML)

Req. Internal Description (1st part) (ML)

Req. Internal Qualifications (1st part) (ML)

For some reason, some of the job codes are returning multiple rows of data where others just return one.  Any ideas on why this would happen or some way to make it just return one row per job code?
