Taleo 14A Recruiting and Transition reports

Hi

We are on 13A and planning to move to 14A, and I believe Oracle has moved the reporting platform to OBIEE from 13C. What are you challenges and issues you have faced in OBIEE platform?

Also I am looking for useful documenation on 14A recruiting and transition reporting catalogue.  If you could help me that will be great.
