Has anyone encountered system error when accessing Profile on CS?

I, and a couple of our candidates, are encountering an system error page when accessing our Profile on the External Career Site. (works fine on STG with same version, but does not work on PROD).  Oracle Support does not know why this is happening.  I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this and/or can advise on fix.
