Job Alert confirmation page: "This link has expired"

We're about to add job alerts to our CWS. I'm testing in a "sandbox" CWS. When playing the role of candidate, I follow the email confirmation link, and our CWS page says, "This link has expired." I'm following the link nearly immediately upon receipt.

Has anyone else experienced this? I have a ticket still open from a previous job alert bug, and will add this issue, unless someone is aware of what I might be missing. Thanks.
