New OFCCP Diversity Regulations Reporting
Content
On May 28, 2014 Oracle conducted a conference call regards OFCCP's new regulations. Below is the response from Oracle regards its associated question.
OFCCP is requiring contractors to archive the completed form itself, not just the data. Will Taleo support this?
- Oracle: We are tracking each submission of the form with a system time/date stamp, the values entered in the Diversity Question, and the two UDFs for Name and Date, and the precise form which was submitted. Additionally, the PDF which was submitted (pre-loaded by Oracle) is non-editable, non-deletable. Potentially in the future we could deliver functionality which allows customers to “recreate” the forms as submitted by the candidate through combining the PDF form as a base template, and overlaying the data which was tracked on a per-submission basis.
