Multiple Business Periods Management
Content
In our organization we have multiple business periods established for Goal Plans and Reviews. This is due to a Graduate Development Program we have. We manage those employees a little differently. Unfortunately their business period runs from September thru August, whereas the rest of the company runs from January thru December. Unfortunately the system seems to default the business period based on the earlier start date. This has caused quite a bit of confusion for the majority of our employees and they accidentally entered their goals in the wrong business period. Is there a way to contextualize the business periods
