Task Assignements within Goals

Is there a way to assign specific tasks from a goal to certain employees?  Scenario would be as a manager I create the goals with multiple tasks associated with that goal.  I would like to cascade those goals to my employees, however within a goal I might only want to assign Employee A some of those tasks but not all.  Employee B might get some of the remaining tasks.  I have not been able to find a way to do that.  Does anyone know of a way to do this?
