Multiple Career portals

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone is using multiple career portals at their company. Currently we have 5 active career portals that we are using, an external career portal, internal career protal, agency career portal, e-signature portal and a 2nd pass portal. We are in the process of redesigning our application process. One of our ideas is to create multiple career portal. An example would be we would have an external career protal for just entry level retail banking positions. Another external career portal for entry level non retail banking positions.

Currently when a recruiter creates a requisition, they have to manually decide to which career portal they would like to post their requisition on. If we go down the route of having multiple career portals, is there a way of contexualizing the posting of the requisitions to a specific portal based on maybe the job code or job template. Our fear is if we do create multiple career portals, will our recrutiers have to manually go through the list of active career portals and decide which portals to post their req on?

Howdy, Stranger!
