We currently have a view only user type set up for our HR Generalist team.  This is a rather open access to view any requisition and/or candidate within their assigned user group(s).  We only allow them access to Professional req types.  All of our Human Resources openings are opened as Executive req types so that they stay as confidential as possible from view of potential peers.  We have encountered several situations where someone with the HR Generalist access to Taleo needs to be a Hiring Manager for one of the HR (Executive req type) reqs.  We are unable to add
