Help With an IF, Then Formula

I am in the process of learning Taleo reporting, and I recently ran into a snag with a formula on one of my reports. I am trying to capture 5 different UDF's that are ALL selected "No". I need to be able to convert all 5 "No" into a single cell in my new column. On that note- I was successfully able to add an IF, Then statement that calculates if any of the UDF's are selected as "Yes".
Again, please note, I am still learning this reporting system.
