Review in Final Status, but no one eSigned

I have a very interesting situation. The employee completed a self eval, but the manager has not yet completed the review process. However, the review is in Final Status. There is a pdf icon for the review, but the paper icon for the employee self eval is still showing, not the pdf that would normally show when a review is in final status. Any ideas on how we can remedy this?
