Meeting FCRA Requirements

We have been required to move our FCRA disclosure to a page distinct from our Background Check datacapture/release form. Does anyone else use an "application" or Careers page in place of a background check vendor redirect? If so, how do you present the FCRA information? Murray mentioned using breaks in the page to meet the legal requirement; however, our compliance team will not be satisfied until we have a distinctly different page. I was attempting to utilize my thank you page for this and running into erros. Does anyone else use question fields on the Thank you pages? Any ideas
