I  don’t have a published API for downloading Employee Competency Ratings. I do have APIs to download Performance Reviews ( Page 58) and Competence Library ( Page 63 ).  Does anyone know if REST API version 13.5 is the latest guide?  If so, does anyone know how to have employee competency ratings populate on a custom report in Perform?

I'm searching to see if there are any hidden APIs that they haven’t published.
