Applicants information is wiped out

Lately, we have been getting alot of applicants call us to say whenever they complete the application, they receive error messages and then all of their information gets wiped out. Many have said when they upload their resume, that's when it happens to them. This is a very frustrating thing for our applicants and for us, as we don't have a clue what could be happening. Is there some sort of 'bug' happening? Any suggestions on what we do? Several candidates have even re-entered their information, all to have the same thing happen and their information is all wiped out.
