sending mass email on the onboard home screen

On the onboardng list screen (Onboard Home) it is great to see the progress of each employee but would be better if we can also send an email to multiple employees.  Do you know if this functionality is available on this screen?  Bulk email functionality on this screen would provide huge efficiencies.

If not available I would like to submit this as enhancement and would like to know if other users/customer also find this as a huge efficiency. thanks
