Application Completion Rates

Hi everyone - I was asked a question during a field dashboard discussion around completion rates. YTD we are at 72% completion rate compared to 62% last year at the same time. Is 72% a good number compared to the retail sector?  How about other companies who are using Taleo?  What is the industry standard for a "good" application completion rate?
