I work for a healthcare organization and we just moved fully onto Taleo earlier this year. We have decided to only allow one opening per requisition to yield a cleaner dataset when it comes to reporting out on metrics. Often times we have multiple requisitions for the same position but only post one requisition and then move candidates to the other unposted requisitions to eliminate having the same candidate pool applying to the same position multiple times. This creates issues when moving candidates to other requisitions because the consent to a background check is linked to that specific job that
