Mass Candidate Field Updates

Hello!

I am attempting to import or otherwise change field values for many candidates at the same time.  I have not found a good way to do this.  I have tried a CSV import with the candidate IDs in a column, but it simply adds new listings for the candidates.  My search for answer via the search bar has also not been fruitful.

Is there a way to accomplish this, or should I resign myself to late nights during our busy season?
