TBE Perform module no longer accessible

In TBE the perform module has disappeared for all my users. Any ideas? It was accessible this morning but now the perform tab for the manager and the employee portal is not showing. We did not make any changes to the layout or anything on the admin side. Thanks in advance for any help.
