Error when trying to eSign

I have had numerous employees get error messages when they click on View/eSign. Basiscally the message says: An error occured. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact HR Administrator. I have one person in particular who continues to try over and over, yet she gets this message. Do you know why this could be happening and how we can fix it?
