Removing "Previous Applicants" fields from Requistion View Pages in the Career Website Pages

Hello,

We are trying to create an internal application career site for our employees and we want to remove the option for returning applicants. A large percentage of our population doesn't have regular access to computers so we have a kiosk setup in our HR department where they apply for jobs. So none of them would be "returning applicants". Below are some screenshots showing the area I'm hoping to remove.
