Offline Recruiter Files vs Taleo File

We are trying to wean our recruiters off of using paper files or spreadsheets to track their recruiting activity and to instead, track that activity in Taleo. I was wondering if this problem exists for other Taleo users?

Essentially, we have a legacy system of using paper or Excel to track many of the work flows involved in our recruiting process. We have been using Taleo since 2007 and some of our recruiters log all much of their activity on paper and then transfer that information into Taleo at the end of the recruiting process. It's not all recruiters and it's not all activity, but it's enough to make me wonder if others have dealt with this issue.

Howdy, Stranger!
