Background management process

Hi,

We manage screening services/ background check services from Taleo recruiting through More Actions and our struggle is that this option is not mandatory at all and therefore recruiting users’ skips/ miss this important option.

I am curious to know how this process is been managed in different Organizations to have some idea to make this process really strong for us.
