How to create a UDF specific to Candidate Application?
Content
Hi! I was looking at a way to have a couple of UDFs for candidate which should hold values specific to the application. Our current setup of UDFs does not allow for this. Any value stored / changed in the UDF reflects the same for other application too. This 'overwrite' causes confusion for the reports and also if individual applications are reviewed. We plan to use these fields to store assessments results received externally (not part of screening services).
Appreciate, if your can share something similar that you have implemented or if you are familiar with the approach.
Regards,
Pramesh
