To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

How do your recruiting organizations know a new hire is an employee referral? We are trying to build it into transitions so that our staffing coordinators do not have to go back to every candidate or requisition to see if the Source is an employee referral. If we can at least notify the staffing coordinator through the audit form that the new hire was referred they can then go look at the requisition to see who the referee was.
