In Transitions-Link to document unavailable

Hello,

When you choose a candidate's task in Transitions, you should be able to click into it and there is a hyperlink to the document for printing. I, as system admin, can see the hyperlink to print but my recruiters cannot. Does anybody have any thoughts on how to fix it so that recruiters can print/view documents/tasks in transitions? I've attached a document. The top screen shows what I see, the bottom shows what my recruiters see.
