Pull a report on system downtime (ie maintenance)

To the reporting gurus

Do you know in reporting if we can pull how much down time the system has been in maintenance for.  I know we have the dashboards where were can pull reports but that only shows a downtime based on a PCN and not general maintenance.

I am sure there must be a variable in the Admin Universe that lets us get this information out.
