Can we use any Special Date in a Query Filter?

Hi everyone,

Is there any meaningless dimension of date to add a filter? I'm tring to create a report and need a prompt filter to limit the report date.But I found that there is no such meaningless  date to capture the start date and end date from the staffing reporting universe data dictionary. All the dimentions of date I found are meaningfull, like Requsition Create Date,Requisition Deletion Date.....
