Evaluation Management - System Timing Out

Hi!
We just implemented Evaluation Management and have had reports of the system timing out while recruiters are typing in the form. It seems that if a phone screen lasts for awhile and the recruiter is typing in the form the whole time, the system times out and the recruiter loses all of their input. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know if this is expected behavior or a bug? Does anyone have a work around?
