Help! Job Description appearing in code

Hello,

When our hiring managers create a requisition (from a template) the external and internal description are all css tags and code. This happens in any browser. Once the requisition is open a recruiter or myself can edit the description just fine.

Has any one faced this? I'm not sure if it is a permission thing or because the template.
