New Taleo Reporting Design

Since the reporting design layout changed, I'm unable to create a custom report as I can't figure out the design piece.  Everything before design has stayed the same, but I cannot properly place my fields and therefore can't make the report.

I'm concerned that this change to reporting design happened before any training has been released.  My understanding is that the release and reporting changes occurred during mid-October but the first reporting training session isn't until November 18.  When I go into the resource center the video on reporting is completely out of date.

Am I missing something here?  Why didn't the training come before the old layout ceased to exist?  I haven't been able to create a custom report in weeks.
