How can we get the count of candidates in each statuses
Content
Hi All,
I have previously used Candidate ID & # Candidates standard dimensions to calculate number of Candidates in each step/statuses. Can that be substituted using # Applications ?. For eg: To get the count of candidates in Screening step, I used the formula like - "=Count(Candidate ID)Where(Application current CSW step="Screening")In(Requisition NO)". This gave me the exact count of candidates in that step. If I replace "Candidate ID" with "# Candidates" or "# Applications" -I dont get the same count,It gives the entire count irrespective of step/status. Anyone can help me or suggest on this?
