Taleo Data Corruption

Hi - We have implemented  Taleo recently and wondering if you have come across Data corruption issues in your taleo zones before, say for example the applicant data is corrupt and who is responsible to correct this data? As this is cloud based application we would have access to the database. Interested to see how you have resolved any data issues?
