Assitance with Report Pulling Multiple Rows

I don't know if this is possible, but if so, I was hoping someone could help me in building a report. I need to build an agenda request report that shows all the candidates who have had an agenda request sent, worked on and finalized and the dates. We have statuses that the candidate is moved to in our workflow that indicate these so I am trying to build the report based on the historical step/statuses and historical csw status start date.
I have the following fields in my report: Recruiter, Req Title, Candidate Full Name, Candidate is Internal, Application Tracking Comments on the CSW Status, Application Tracking User
