Perform Reports use case--calculated manager/employee ratings
We previously had a use case document which illustrated how to convert ratings for performance reviews, which always display as 1-100 in custom reports, back to a rating scale of 1-5. This use case was for the Actuate reporting system.
I have created a similar document for the new reporting engine, which uses expressions to accomplish the same task. This document explains how to convert the numbers back to your rating scale and also how to use the text expressions instead (Meets, Exceeds, etc.).
