Pivot tables in new reporting tool

Hi,
Can anybody help with using pivot tables in the new reporting tool. I have 2 things I have not been able to figure out yet:
- How do I change the column headers? See the highlighted screenshot - I want to change the label for the first column to "Source" and the second column to "# of Hires". I can't seem to make any edits in those fields.
- I want to add a column for "% of Hires" but I can't figure out how to add a column or change the 3rd column to reflect this.
