Custom Career Section / Taleo API

I have a query which i would like to know if this is achievable via Custom carer site or Taleo API.

I am working with one of our business units to support an initiative to create a custom site / page on their own external website.  They want to have a page / career section that includes the Taleo job posting title, a brief description and few other pieces of data and then have the candidate click for more info or to apply for the job.  I understand this can be done via the Taleo API, but all i am looking to find is if this can be achieved through custom careersection. If so, looking forward for your suggestions/approach, thanks.
