Issue opening I-9 PDF from Transitions after upgrade

We just upgraded to 14A.5.2 and some users are experiencing issues opening the PDF files associated with the I-9 activities in Transitions.  Have you experienced this issue and how did you resolve it?

We currently have an open SR on the issue.
