Ability for non-recruiter users to create a scheduled posting campaign

Hi All

I know my request is more like an enhancment idea but before I am going to raise an idea I thought to ask for your feedback first.

As an employee I would love to have the option to automate my twitter postings or updating my facebook wall with new job with, for instance, jobs from the same job field and/or department I work for. Basically the same as 'Send Jobs to Fans and Followers' just for normal employers not just for recruiters.
