Delay in notifications out of Taleo

Hi - the last couple of days we have been experiencing an issue where when we create a task or email there is a delay with the notification out of Taleo. We have been having this happen mostly with Taleo - seems to be lag time of 1 hour+ in getting updates. We haven't had this happen before. Is this an issue that others are experiencing?
