Unable to see own candidates?

Hi guys!  I hope you can help! We have been updating our roles and page layouts due to a recent integration with Taleo.

Suddenly though, I can't see any candidates on my requisitions?  (I'm the Taleo Admin, so not sure why!)

Can anyone tell me where the setting is that only allows you to see candidates in a specific status?
