How can I keep a cloned HR Admin role from seeing review scores?

I don't want to restrict other cloned HR Admin roles - HR Coordinator, for example - but I have one called IT Admin which I want to allow access only to employees but not their goal or reviews, or reports.

If I could simply hide the reviews and reports tab, I would be content, but that seems to only be allowed for the whole HR Administrator role.

Would greatly appreciate any ideas you may have.
